Is that whay you are thinking? Well, according to Internet Privacy and Self-Regulation: Lessons from the Porn Wars, a Cato Institute briefing paper, the same argument that has been successfully used to strike down anti-porn legislation as unconstitutional also supports a commercial entities right to freely distribute the private information that they have gathered about you while you were online. I still want my cake and to eat it too. ;-)
