I was there installing a warehouse distribution system in a paper plant, about the only large manufacturer left in Chester. I can see where you would assume the only business there is selling crack. My first trip there was in January of 2005. There was dirty snow on the ground and the town had the appearance of Berlin just after WWII. It looked like a bombed out ghost town.
