Dan points out this article, in which I’ve only skimmed so far, that leads me to believe that I could acheive the highest health benefits by occassionally interrupting my lounging, getting up and briskly walking to the refrigerator for a beer. Exercising moderately gives me benfits but less so than exercising lightly. Strenuous exercise may offer negative benefits.
