Well, it seems that the folks at the Center for the Moral Defense of Capitalism believe that force is only force when it is the government using it. Are they trying to tell me that all the legal manuevering used over the years against companies that couldn’t afford the litigation does not constitute an initial use of force? That’s a pet peeve of mine against most objectivist that I’ve met. They only want to use their own dictionary when defining the term “initial use of force.”

The DoJ has released all 47 comments it received during its during the 60-day public comment period relating to the revised proposed Final Judgment against Microsoft. At least these are the only comments that it considered major. To be fair, they probably do represent the gist of serious comments received on the subject. My comment was that I thought Red Hat had a very good idea. The Red Hat comment is included. A lot of these comments were in legal format, which I guess is really appropriate. That is something to keep in mind if you want your comments considered in the future.
