France Backs Addition of India to Permanent Seat on UNSC

A month ago French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin visited India and told people there that France is supportive of the addition of India as a permanent member of the United Nations Security Coucil. I think this is a great idea. I believe that India is a more appropriate member of the UNSC than France is.
