Concept cars are generally thought of as over-the-top exercises in design and engineering that will usually never stand of chance of making it to production as presented. Lamborghinis are generally thought of as over-the-top exercises in performance that will generally only see limited production in that only a limited number of people could ever afford such cars.

But wait, Lamborghini builds concept cars too. The 2005 Lamborghini Concept S is a beautiful car and I just dropped the photo of this car on my desktop as the wallpaper of the week but… this is not a car I would ever care to own. Yeah, any Lamborghini would be impractical for me to own but the styling of this car has gone a little too far for me. This car isolates the passenger from the driver in such a way that the ride could never be a shared experience.
