About ten years ago I had a conversation with Dan, well, I’ve had a number of conversations with Dan over the years but evidently this conversation stuck with him. I’m glad I was somehow involved in what he seems as a positive step for himself. I just wish I could remember the conversation.

It was the one in which you wanted to buy a share of stock in me. In the years since I’ve made (and lost) a little money, and I suddenly had this epiphany that my concern about money has been how not to lose it, I’ve constantly been waiting to learn how to leverage it to make more. The memory of that discussion, as hazy as it is, made me realize that I know how to make money, what I needed to do was find ways to leverage what I’ve got into the ways I already know how to make it.

It’s high risk, but hopefully this is one of those ways.

Dan, I vaguely remember that conversation. It seems we started off talking about incorporating one’s self for tax purposes and then went on to selling stock in one’s self. I would have bought a share of you then and I’d buy a share of you now. I’m confident that no matter how this new company that you are going with turns out, you will benefit well from it.
