		<description>Felix, right now I have no idea when this might get around to trial. I know that I had to give him an answer pretty fast on whether or not I wanted a jury trial, I don't, but how soon before it goes before a judge is anyone's guess.

My wife, the insurance adjuster, says that if it was her case she would have just agreed to drop claims against her if she would agree to drop claims against us, but that is merely her making a business decision. Out of principle I want her to pay what she owes.</description>

		<description>Drat, indeed. It looks more and more like a war of attrition on her part. Infuriating, unfair, and very wasteful of court resources meant for more than petty inability to admit fault.
