Happy New Year

Okay, I know I’m a few days late but I’ve been busy.

I’m adding Google’s AdSense back to this weblog. I don’t expect to get any money from it but I’m amused with some of the ads that get targeted to this site. If something appeals to you please click through.

Right now I’m in the middle of writing down the way I see my religious beliefs evolved. I’m doing this as for myself to try to get a grip on how I came about my current belief system and to also try to understand exactly what my current belief system is. I’ll probably be sharing at least excerpts of the final document here sometime this month.

At work I’m starting the new year off reporting to a new boss. I’ve been working with him as a resource for his projects for the past nine months but reporting to someone else. There is also project beginning in a couple of weeks that should prove interesting. From what I understand about it so far it should be about a year long project. This will be the first time at this company that I’ve been involved with a project from the very beginning. I’ve been stepping into other folks shoes up until now and some of those shoes were a little stinky.

I’m attempting to get myself back in shape. My shoulder is healing well and it shouldn’t be much longer before I’m allowed to lift more than five pounds over my head. I started out this weekend riding my bicycle and I’m embarrased with my current state of conditioning. I must get rid of this gut and build my stamina back up.

That’s about it for my ramblings today. Hopefully I will fill this weblog up with some interesting things this year but today appears not to be when it is going to start.

Law and Order - Sept-3-2003

In their Gwinnett section the Atlanta Journal Constitution has a column called Law and Order. These are actual police report filed by my neigbors. I’m constantly amazed at the antics of these people that live close to me… and a little embarrassed also. Still, I thought I’d share their antics with you. Follow the link for a chuckle.
